[@DFTBA] The only problem with your sheet is that metahumans, and by extension costumed superheroes, have only been a thing for a couple years at this point. This a world that is just discovering super powers, magic, and sci fi tech. To make your character work you could always make his family be decorated police officers or military members. And you can just say super powers instead of just supernatural powers when describing your character's ability, otherwise it implies he can only work with magic powers. Just my two cents.
