[@HaltingBlooper] She can see energy signatures of anything that is alive. Problem is humans, animals and plants on earth have much more complicated energy signatures due to all the emotion, so Gem energy signatures tend to be more of a solid radiant light energy rather than strings of various colors that are braided together.
