The earth elemental tried its best to defend against the onslaught of water, until it felt itself getting faster. After a brief moment it shook itself violently, launching dirt and mud in all directions and making it nearly impossible for Luke to continue his attack. What remained after the fact was an elemental in the shape of a large monkey, thin but with long limbs and an even longer tail. The stones of its body seemed to fit together better, even having well formed joints thanks the water that chipped away at the dirt between the stones. After a moment of looking at its new smaller form, the elemental decided to test the feel of it as it leapt into the air and over Luke. The beast landed on the far side of the stone arena with a loud crack of stone hitting stone.

It eyed Luke from across the arena with what seemed like a smile. Sure in this smaller form the creature couldn't take as many hard hits as before and stay standing, but it will also be alot harder to land a hit now. The earth monkey stood up on its tail and crossed it's arms and legs, kind of like a taunt. It was ready to out speed this youngster with its new agility. 

The earth elemental quickly dropped onto all fours with its tail high in the air. It dug its hands into the earth for a solid grip before charging at its opponent, prepared to either slam into the ground with its large stone arms, or bat him off the stage with its stone tail.
