Bio: "Zevrox" is currently one of the remaining Neo-Clearance operatives. Once, he was one of the two to have made Neo-Clearance, but the group split right down the middle, leaving a council in charge. "Zevrox," however, was unhappy since he had to share power with what he viewed as "pathetic weaklings." He has, however, since kept his silence. He has simply just sat back, relaxed, and let things play out, occasionally giving a little nudge to events or helping operators with their missions.

Personality: At first glance, he seems rather relaxed. (Probably because he is the one muse I have that is usually doped up, quite similar to Simon from Cry of Fear with his morphine addiction.)  Well, at least he does until you get to know him when he isn't doped up. "Zevrox" is a very pessimistic individual who grew up knowing only fear as the way to rule. In other words, survival of the fittest. If given the chance, he would kill anyone for power, even his own allies! In short, the guy is a psychopath.
