[@Kafka Komedy] Nick's parents are alive and well. Just irrelevant to the story for the time being. Now, if somebody tried to kill them... well, that person would probably get the shit kicked out of them Stand or no Stand, because they're both consummate Ripple masters, but at least they put in the effort. Hell, maybe one or both of them should develop a Stand at some point, if they haven't already. They probably haven't yet, on account of how Stand inheritance works, but hey.
