King Ghidorah
"I see no children here," the "king's" royal voice replied to the insectoid gijinka, eyes narrowed at her insufferable, snubbish attitude. Of all of the Kaiju, she was one of the most indicative of his dissenters, baring Gojira herself. Cutting off his every action, suspicions released in his direction with the slightest movement. The energy shield was a helpful indicator of this side of her, blocking any subtle sneak attacks that would be sent at her flank as she closed the distance between herself and the "princess". As if he would stoop so low as to fight like a lowborn commoner. "She will one day inherit the Earth," he continued, disdainfully sneering at her incessant mothering. "Babying such potential only curdles it in the long run." Mothra's killing intent, harnessed into a glare and sent in his direction, only caused him to shrug, merely looking through his "bishop" with disinterest as he wondered what she thought the Golden Dragon's response would be. Daily doses of Gojira's burning anger had numbed him to most sources of negativity. In his eyes, Mothra's withering stare amounted to the cries of a baby wanting milk from it's mother. The subsequent snubbing of his presence and show of power caused him to raise an eyebrow, actual care for the situation was absent as he looked for grime under his fingernails. If he cared about every little thing his subjects did in their free time, then he would be scrambling left and right like a chicken with it's head cut off. He just didn't see the point of all this meaningless drivel. It was only when the Shobijin were mentioned that he finally paid attention. His amber eyes gained a dangerous gleam, mouth curling into a deceptive grin as he showed his gleaming rows of canines to the decidedly unfearing Mothra. Well, he would have to change that, wouldn't he? Can't allow his subjects to gain too much of an ego after all. "Oh, you mean the pair of mistresses that lay in your possession?" he asked with a tinge of whimsy, amusement plain in both his stature and tone as he started to pace around the duo, locking Mothra into place with his gaze as a true surge of killing intent swathed the entire area. Nearby wildlife absconded in response, birds taking flight as jungle creatures of all kinds evacuated the perimeter in the presence of an Alpha Predator. Taking a position exactly 90° from his original, he was in full view of both gijinka, and in turn they were in full view of him, including Junior. With a gentle chuckle that startlingly contrasted with the deadliness of his presence, he closed his eyes for mere moments, underlying danger quickly turning to murderous disinterest, pinning the generation-spanning Mothra with a gaze that spoke of her death as a routine meal within gaping jaws. "Why should I care for such meaningless objects, when an actually meaningful entity is belligerent enough to offer herself?" As the realization of imminent death, and the absence of a lead for the missing twin servants of Mothra, settled into both opposing gijinka's minds, the golden wings on Ghidorah's back quickly unfurled. With unnatural speed and grace, the 25 meter distance between the two parties closed in a flash, Dragon King airborne as he seemed to be targeting the older of the two, ready to react to anything she threw at him, still in gijinka form as he didn't take the full minute it would to change to his Kaiju form. But, of course, she wasn't the real target. But she didn't know that... did she? [@Lmpkio][@Noxx]
