She nodded at his words, not moving a muscle as he rubbed her back. She smiled up at him as he pulled away from her and pressed his lips against hers. Jo sighed and wrapped her arms around his neck. She poured her heart into that kiss, trying to comfort him just as much as he was comforting her at this point. She pulled away and touched her nose to his. Her entire body relaxed as he moved his hands down her back. "I do recall some of them!" She made a face at him. "Thank you for those, by the way. I did have another lion that kept me company though," she teased and giggled quietly. Jo leaned forward and rested her head against his chest, listening to the steady rhythm of his heart. It was something she missed the most about him. That and his hugs and kisses. "He is very soft and fuzzy. I'll be sure to give you something before I leave though."
