[@potatochipgolem] Well I did say that she was super fast in combat XD It`s not like she runs around every two seconds, she`s just super fast when she needs to be, she`s much like air. When it came to her character I wanted to make her as much like her element as I could without it seeming overwhelming, therefore I created bubbly bartender over here.
