Regarding this point, [@Jbcool], it's been established in Saptheth's backstory that at the time his letter was received, he was in custody awaiting execution. How would that affect the letter in question? Would it just be a single letter telling the guards to bring the Golden Serpent to Rohan with little to no detail, or would there be a second letter for Saptheth specifically that nobody else is allowed to open on pain of death?
