Akio tilted his head at the Tengu. It acted extremely human like, and seemed to be shy. Perhaps this anthropomorphism that the creatures seemed to have was why he was feeling so comfortable around them. They didn’t seem to act like monsters at all. He waved her down and said, [color=39b54a]“Sorry for staring, I didn’t mean to uh- make you uncomfortable.[/color]” He apologized, and looked away from her.

	Upon returning his gaze to Makiko, who appeared to have a gaunt expression on her face upon hearing his story. “I've... I've never seen someone accidentally come from beyond the barrier before. We'll talk in a moment,” She said to him, before she turned away from him. He blinked, “[color=39b54a]Alright then, uh… thanks[/color].” He said. He raised his eyebrows as she explained that an [i]Onryo[/i] was in town, and that a cat went missing. He nearly laughed at that, as he would think that the deadly spirit might be slightly more important than a missing kitty. ”[color=39b54a]Wouldn’t be a hard choice for me.[/color]” He mumbled to himself.

Nao then walked up to him and presented drinks to him, and he rolled his eyes when she commented about the alcohol. “I suppose I do,” He laughed, and grabbed for a can of apple juice. “[color=39b54a]Thank you Ms.[/color]” He said, unsure of if it would be proper to address her by name, before she walked off.
