Only a few small changes, other then that he's looking great so far:

You can remove NAME/HOUSE NUMBER/SUIT/HOUSE NAME from the top line so it reads neater :D

This is my fault, I didn't mention this: Suit houses go up to 10, like in a deck of cards, with Ace being high. I think your family would maybe be around 7-8 since they're not like... farmers or cleaners, if you wanted to keep them low on the social scale, or you could move them up a bit if you wanted. That being said, given your family history, you could have them lower because they fell from their position when your father committed such a grave crime :D your choice!

Finally with your willpower ability, I would probably suggest at lvl 1 it being 20% of willpower + stun. Then as you level it up at the Training Grounds, you can push it up by 10% each time. At later levels the stun duration could increase :D 

Also I am SO excited someone will be forging documents. It'll make things really interesting. I'll have a think of how it functions in the system - there would probably be a risk they might be found out, so you might spend some time getting punished like Fizzy no doubt will xD Other then that... hm... I would say you can forge up to 3 documents per week. If you try to forge like, documents that grant you Proven abilities, you'll be far more likely to fail forging something for an initiate. Forgeries have to be specific (e.g. A writ for one exotic pet) rather then Seal of an Advanced Student. If you have a tonne of forgeries on one person, they'll also be more likely to be found out.

I'm in the process of updating the rankings, but I've changed it so that everyone is entitled to 1 Area unlock at Training level. 
Fates/Destinies must be finished before IC goes up, but i understand if people want to wait until they've seen all other characters :3 my one is also currently incomplete. 

Other then that guys, I'm sorry I'm such a messy GM! I'm trying to get everything set in stone for the OOC to make it easier, but there may be occasional small changes as i tweak the system a little. Thankyou so much for understanding!
