[@Lemons] Looks good. I just have one suggestion that'll tie into the story I'm working on. In folk lore, kitsune generally have a hoshi no tama (or star ball) as their source of power. I would recommend having the lieutenant steal Yukiko's hoshi no tama as the means of stealing her powers. 

[@Blight Bug] I like him, but I'd like to see an impetus for him to leave the city. Perhaps he's fleeing the city temporarily to avoid capture because Yu Ru is on to him? 

[@Polaris North] Akira looks good.
