I'm sort of breaking from WFB Vamps in terms of general tone-governmentally, you're actually looking at a Renaissance-style Republic/Principality-think Rome, Venice and the WFB Elector Counts combined into a sprawling....governmental....[i]thing[/i]. Less....Transylvania on Meth, more Italy on Coke. :p
