By the way, I am just going to put his here for anyone who seriously wanted some dragons. The only person that can point to the direction of Cygnea is Luna due to being born there and is, therefore, especially attuned with the realm. She can't open a portal herself obviously.

With Ull having entered hibernation, she's probably the only clue one searching for dragons would have. However, she knows nothing about how to work around the barrier :/
