The moorcat didn't object to Zander's pat, but neither did he solicit further attention. His girl was the important thing right now -- until he found her again, he wouldn't waste time with anything else. But the group didn't seem to have many ideas. The Dimuran woman suddenly split off, but Wyth stuck with Ethan. The young Muran was the one his girl liked best, and he'd been the one they'd known longest, though not by a large margin. The others were left behind, but eventually the odd boy and the man with the healing caught back up again. They were talking again. He didn't want to be talking, he wanted to be doing. Why did none of them have any idea where the bad man had taken his girl? He paced restlessly around the three, almost all of his strength back by then. When they /did/ find the one that took her, Wyth would be ready.
