[@Lugubrious] Not quite. They don't have anything against Galbar itself. But if they find anything of Jvans, Sculptors, shrines and the like... they glass it with plasma. Then they proceed to glass the surrounding few miles juuuuust to make sure they got it all.

Doesn't matter if it's a city, a forest, or a desert. They find Jvanic stuff, even as something as small as a lpve letter from Vestec to Jvan, the whole is gonna get glassed.
