Kijani Ryane Kijani stood outside the door to Power Development. She could hear Mimic's voice through the door, and she could feel her stomach twisting. Of course she hadn't been deliberately late on the first day back. Coming through the campus after everyone had headed off to class was merely a coincidence. She'd never be such a coward to avoid seeing anyone she knew on purpose. Kijani Ryane was no coward. But then, she wasn't the same Kijani anymore, was she? Exhaling and trying to steady her nerves, she figured she'd have to do things quickly. Pushing open the door, she walked forward and offered no explanation, or apology, not even a word. She just found the nearest chair and sat in it, digging for a notebook and pencil so she could avoid Mimic's probable death glare. Jin Ifriti "Crap. Crap. Crap. I'm gonna tear her a new one, I swear." Her first day and she was late. If Otou-san got wind of this, he'd be... upset. Granted, he was in Australia on a contract and out of contact for the next two weeks. Maybe she could just sneak in? Jin checked her schedule one more time, made sure she was in front of the right door, and gently nudged it open with her powers. Unfortunately, Jin was still working on "gentle" and "Nudge". As it was, she nearly took the door off the hinges, and had it not been built with superpowered kids in mind, she probably would have. "...Oops. Heh." Jin grinned nervously, then stepped into the classroom. "Uh... sorry!" She hastily grabbed a seat near her sister, and buried her face in her bag. Yes, what a dramatic beginning. She was going to get expelled in a week. Two weeks, tops.
