[@solaruin] Depends on how powerful these shields are, as well as exactly how you could use these shields. Though, I personally would put them at about a 3.5 or so. Remember, these abilities are ranked on how many non-zenith humans you would be able to take out yourself before you where overwhelmed or taken down.
