Gender: Female

Height: ~Looking For Good Pic~
Weight: ~Looking For Good Pic~
Physical appearance: ~Looking For Good Pic~

Vehicle: Meia doesn't own a vehicle of her own, but likes motorbikes, and wishes she had one sometimes.
Personality: Brutally Cheerfully Shortsightely Servile.
Meia seems at her happiest when others are making her decisions for her, which hapily for her is most of the time. She doesn't like to think about much of anything about how best to perform the task in front of herself. She approaches everything straightforwardly as a challenge to be conquered with brute effort, however much time it needs, and a clever approach. She doesn't much care what that task is, in general. There are few requests that can raise her ire, and they're mostly along the lines of "What do you want to eat?" or "I want you to take initiative in our relationship", that put a falter in her otherwise ever-present smile.Meia isn't dumb, but she's definitely not book-smart. She can be cunning when the subject matter is simple and easily approachable, but when an depth and breadth of pre-existing knowledge that isn't kinaesthetic, she's fairly helpless. She learns by doing, and if it's not a thing that can be done by just attempting it, she probably won't learn it.
Meia is a very physical person. Her taste in art fits right in Fotia's sphere.
Occupation: Slave?/Slaver?/Brute Squad?/Experimental Subject? Sometimes the Therosi are honestly a bit puzzled how to categorize her within their organization.
Faction: Therosi
Pet: N/A
Adv. App.: N/A
Exp: You might notice the young age combined with tons of guns. Meia is not an amazing shot. If she doesn't take a fair time to aim (or use her explosive or submunition rounds), she's probably not going to hit her target except by luck. She's decent, but not amazing. As far as melee goes, she's a fearless straightforward brawler who has gotten into scraps. By no means an amazing swordsman either. Power, not skill, is her main thing going for her. She's also a fair hand at firestarting and cooking, and is pretty good at balancing precarious stacks of carried objects from her youth.
Spells: N/A --- ish. Meia has several advanced manipulations that work somewhat like spells, but are still firmly manipulation abilities, and not replicable spells.
Abilities/Powers: Somewhere in Meia's melange of bloodlines, or perhaps because of the mixing, there lies an insanely potent affinity for kinetic manipulation. At first, Meia was thought to have an incredible gifting of physical strength and endurance, no physical task seemingly capable of wearing out her body. This was because she was subconsciously absorbing all the wasted kinetic energy in her body and applying that force to her feats. Much of the wear and tear on the body when physical tasks are performed is because of the the equal and opposite reaction on the body, friction and intra-body wasted energy, and needless shocks and jars from innefficient motion. Meia naturally absorbed all of this energy and threw it into the task at hand.
Turns out, her body ALSO had an affinity for strength and endurance, creating a ridiculous physical powerhouse.
Normally, her body just automatically makes her actions more efficient and powerful without any focus or expend energy (drawing the energy needed to perform the manipulation by siphoning some of the natural kinetic energy the body produces even when at rest), but she has developed a few pseudo-spells that modify this by drawing on her soul energy as a descendant. These are still Manipulations, but they are less natural to her than her basic level, requiring focus and distracting her unlike the natural level of the power. She can only use one at time.
Unlimited Edge: With this psuedo-spell, Meia focuses the kinetic energy that she projects into a thin sharp line, able to turn a bare handed palm strike into effectively a dagger thrust. Any part of Meia's body can be turned into a blade with this ability. And when wielding an actual bladed weapon, Meia can sharpen its effective cutting edge beyond what its material can sustain.
Infinity Impact: Normally if Meia hits something that, even with her prodigious strength fully focused, and the first "instance" of equal and opposite reaction redirected, won't break, she'll be hit with the second instance of equal and opposite reaction recoil of these combined forces, and hurt, as her endurance, even naturally gifted, doesn't match up great against that much power. But her natural gift views this injury as a good stopping point of non-life threatening injury and a good "why did you punch that mountain" warning. But if Meia focuses and activates this ability, Infinity Impact absorbs that second instance of equal and opposite reaction, and throws it forward again. This will just keep repeating over and over until the infinitely scaling forward force breaks the target, or Meia's soul burns out trying to maintain this spell and the combined recoil annhilates her body.
Two-Inch Immunity: Meia's ability normally only works when she's aware of the motion and impact coming. If she throws a punch at someone, but they've got an invisible force barrier she wasn't aware of between them, when her fist hits that barrier, her power won't be as effective at absorbing and redirecting the forces involved. Similarly, if she sees someone throwing a punch at her, her body will naturally absorb the power from it. But snipe her from a mile away, and her power won't react in time to prevent horrible bodily damage. However, when she's actively focusing on Two-Inch Immunity, she enhances her body's ability to react to unexpected impact. The ability is named thus because high speed projectiles such as bullets and railguns only achieve one or two inches of penetration before her body compensates and stops them, at her current level of skill. Still highly inconveniant, but not as commonly lethal from mere body shots. This ability is also necessary if Meia wants to exceed the natural limits of her ability, like if she wanted to catch a punch thrown by a mech.
Heaven's Reach: Meia is capable of extending the reach of her kinetic impacts, creating shimmering orbs of kinetic force and launch them at targets at range. Effectively allowing her to "throw" punches. This is her weakest and least practiced ability. If you're "throwing" a kinetic impact, why not just shoot them and not have to spend magic energy?
Ultimately, each of these abilities are just extensions of her kinetic manipulation, useful for describing and categorizing it, but are not unique powers, any more than a fire manipulator focusing the fire into blade or spreading it so that it dies out is using two different powers. Meia has obviously not reached the peaks of her soul power, magical skill, or even physical development at a mere age of 17. In the future, each of these abilities could become more powerful, or she could learn how to use more than one at a time. One area of her development that has seen almost no growth however, is her Seraphim blood. It seems doramant, un-utilized, and attrophied, Meia having unconsciously abandoned in favor of the more visceral, immediate, and natural to her power of kinetic manipulation.
If some of these need to be marked as something to be gained IG, that's fine.
Weapons: Meia's signature weapon is a rather literal hand cannon. An enchanted barrel hefted and sized much like a slightly longer bazooka with a heavier rear end. It's enchantmants work together with Meia's kinetic manipulation to allow Meia to fire away an artillery sized round, absorb the recoil and use that to propel the round even faster while giving it the accuracy of a longer barrel. When fired at full power, most of the round is shed away by mere friction with the air, leaving a hyper-dense projectile to smash through even the heaviest armor, absolutely crushing even a dragon or full blooded Oro. Hasn't been tested against an Advanced App yet, but the round is staggeringly powerful. There are a also number of munitions meant to be fired at weaker targets, from normal rounds designed to obliterate softer targets, breacher rounds designed to pass through a wall before exploding, to submunition rounds to shred large groups. That said, even for someone as strong and enduring as Meia, these rounds are HEAVY, so she has to carry relatively few of them per mission.
Other than this stupendously unsubtle weapon, Meia can and has been equipped with a number of different bladed weapons, gauntlets designed to enhance her punches, and straightforward guns. Because sometimes a gun capable of destroying buildings with it's secondary fire modes brings more trouble than it solves.
History: Meia was a street urchin of uncertain parentage, easily taken by Therosi. Her Seraphim heritage was weak beyond appearances however, and she was turned over to mere physical labor until a use for her weak blood was found. This revealed both her traits of happy servitude, no task to unpleasant, and her absurd physical strength, no task to hard. Her loyalty was eventaully discovered during an Aion raid where Meia broke the neck of an Aion figher trying to rescue her. Her willingness to serve and developing power caused her to become used as an enforcer and slaver for Therosi, and she seemed estatic to help. The explosive rate of growth of her physical skills, and extreme loyalty, have caused some Therosi to consider her as a test subject for a "Super Seraphim". If they could bring her Seraphim blood to the fore and enhance it, combined with her physical skills and abilities that would cover the physical weaknesses of Seraphim blood, they might be able to make a loyal super soldier. However, so far, such experiments are still in the "well, should we?" and "How would we go about it?" discussion phases, with things currently at simply trying to analyze her physiology and check things out. For the moment, Meia is still an active agent for the Therosi.
