I understand what Seth said, but Drake as a whole only heard Rome. When Seth mentioned Rome, didn't hear the others since Rome in his world as one of the biggest offender who used their science and tech too much. I didn't clarify that. Sorry about that. I'll go an edit it. Sorry again.
