[@Banana] I only barely glanced through it, but there's some glaring things Ive got to bring up before I go into full judge mode. First off, the Wards are all full up now. There were only 5 spaces and all 5 have been taken. The local villain team and independents are available. Secondly, "instantly understanding anything he's seen" is [i]extremely[/i] overpowered and not acceptable for the purposes of this game. I definitely would be happy to have a thinker, even a high end one, but not that high. In the story proper Tattletale is one of the most ridiculous parahumans around and her power is basically super deduction and observation, not instant understanding and expertise.

I'm sorry man, but it'll need to be heavily rewritten.
