Costume: 
Oversized rose shaded goggles with black rims to obscure identity. She also wears a tight-fitting rose jacket in the style of a traditional leather biker jacket, however is not actually made from leather. The jacket features multiple pockets, and Rush wears a black form-fitting t-shirt underneath. She also wears black spandex trousers with rose highlights, as well as a pair of black and white running trainers, with the laces always done up meticulously. When she's in costume, her hair is always done up in a tight ponytail to prevent her hair from going everywhere.

Powers/Abilities: 

Rush is capable of moving at speeds of up to 70 km/ph on her own, and adjustable time dilation allowing her to effectively slow or speed up her perception to accommodate for her speed. As well as this, she also has a significantly more efficient metabolism, however she still needs much more calories than a normal super would.

Suit Capabilities: 
The soles of her shoes have a Kevlar/rubber composite to allow them to survive the extreme friction they undergo when she accelerates. As well as this, her goggles are made from a water-repellent material to prevent her vision from being obscured during rain, and have a HUD to allow her to see the speed she is going at and to alert her to any potential crashes. Furthermore, the suit is made from extremely thin plates of a Kevlar-steel composite in order to give her a measure of protection from blades and small-arms. 


History: 
Born in New York shortly after the fall of the city's Zenith Shield, to an extremely rich family, and an unusually ethnically diverse one at that. Her father was a Hong-Kong born diamond magnate, and her mother being a famous glamour model for the Zenith-trapped city, the wealth of her family allowed her nascent abilities to be carefully nurtured, and her expensive gear that she later ended up wearing to be properly funded. 

Her role as a powered hero was pushed very hard, with her mother wanting it for selfish reasons and to further her career, and her father realising that the young Carey had the potential and attitude for hero work. His theory turned out to be correct, and her path as a powered hero was almost assured by her early teens.
