The [noparse][color=][/color][/noparse] tag will change the color of any text within it. 

You can either use [url=http://absitomen.com/index.php?topic=331.0]BBCode color names[/url] or [url=http://htmlcolorcodes.com/]Hexidecimal color codes[/url] to define what color you want.
