The documents, being magical in nature, are [i]broadly[/i] legitimate-looking, but do have noticeable flaws. Like, for example, the indictments against Jasper being printed on paper. There's also the fact that the ones that aren't restraining orders accuse the reader of things they either didn't do or couldn't possibly have done.
