Close enough perhaps to hear the echoes of his breathing at least. Im not sure how far away Ainz was from them, but I suppose the were... 30 feet away? (I think?). And by the time they began to fight, at least when the sentry was turned up, maybe they're presence could be heard? Idk, and its ok don't worry. Though I suppose Vader can "bump" into Keiri if anything.
