I just wanted to clarify that Feora does martial arts in secret (self taught), so it's not something people would know. She wants to be a soldier and learn combat from a professional. However, as far as her kingdom Wulfswinth (mainly the nobles) is concerned, princesses aren't suppose to desire to be a soldier or engage in combat. It's against the kingdom's status quo so to be speak. That's why she tries to hide the rougher, less princess, like sides to her. 

The concept of Feora is from a story I have been on and off writing for the past few years. My story is medieval fantasy based. Historically in the medieval era, it was pretty much taboo for a woman to be a knight or engage in warfare, but in my story, Feora desires to none the less.
