It's the last one. The only contacts are those already set up by players, otherwise they're oblivious. Like my humans.

Also, yes, y'all can go ahead and start. Everyone who's posted their apps so far is accepted with the singular exception of [@MissingAxis]. Your app needs a bit more info on it, not that I don't trust you to meet the rp's standards (you past posts definitely do that). I just think the app needs to say a little bit more.
