Done and Done. 

I'm a little concerned about getting the IC up with still more CS's to go through. Gowi has 2 more in the pipeline, Ded and I have to put up char(s), Nex, KL, Matt too ... We need to get moving with these CS's guys but I've yet to hear anything about Natty's CS (I thought Q was grand btw). 

Should we not wait till everyone has at least one char accepted before starting up the IC or am I the only one with this thought? At the very least, if we can push for an IC on Monday, we need to push for more accepted Chars in that time frame as well. (leave no man behind!!!)
