[@Raijinslayer] I wouldn't think so. Not all quartz gem can do the 'sonic spin'. We have yet to see Rose quartz use it or anything similar yet. The spin would, an essence, be a power just like Mars' ergokinesis. Since you already have three powers for him, I would have to say Mars couldn't do it.
