Notable Ability: [b]WHITE NOISE[/b] - Even as an artificer, White Noise has the tendency to take the quest by the reins and direct it with her own judgement, which is pretty damn reliable. The ability named after herself has an AoE effect (roughly fifteen feet) and essentially messes with the stability of minds, mob and player alike, and screws up their senses, elucidated by a shrill pitch. It also can glitch messages sent within the range. Its intensity grows as the individual comes closer to the girl.
