Same--forcefield over the collars and implants

Since it'll block off the Mal's powers when they get close, does that mean the force fields line the perimeter of the facility? Also is the facility one building, or is it a collection of buildings? Is there a fence around the facility? Sorry trying to get a clear picture of stuff haha

Also for this stuff to permeate all dimensions... That's some crazy tech right there. Can't even begin to imagine how it works, but are there any other types of powers like Aleyna's? For example, teleportation/wall-crossing, etc.
