I'd assume there would be multiple facilalties around the world under different names, you can't sweep up and imprison and entire demographic in one bulding, and also I'm pretty sure there would be gaurds posted around the facilitly along with the force-fields. (Which would also extend underground and in the sky too.)

I think Aleyna is the only one who can teleport at this point in the story. I guess Daniyal would also be able to teleport if he uses his powers creativetly, but that will be happen much later on. Also, I think we should just have the force-field mess with a mal's powers. Throw in some science mumbo-jumbo about frequency waves. Saying it messes with powers in other dimenshoins too kinda breaks immersion in my opinion.
