Are there any objections to Nyx having reached Lv5 over the last couple days, and Phantom hitting Lv4 from the Black City doing the thing again?

Seeing that Arms Slave and other Ebony Stryker aligned PC Sweepers are the only one with Agza on their hit list, they're suppose to fight her and eventually draw the ire of the Red King.

Quick question. It's common knowledge that Chiyo is the White King and just declared war on everyone not under her allegiance right?
