[@Thundercrash]I havent a clue. My understanding from the CS is that it doesn't matter? Its just that the Gm has some frame work in mind for what might constitute unreasonable and that they will let us know if something isn't. Although from the way its worded it seems like it would still be okay its just the powers regular use would be severely limited. 

[@UberBlutwurst]I'd imagine no since there doesn't appear to be an OOC yet although the apparent means of expressing interest is submitting a CS via PM.
