The Silent Imperium tends to be selective with their targets (which often are politically, economically or militarily important individuals) unless it involves the Chelonians. Even than there's a bit of distaste for the microwaving children part just because it's so damn messy. Fried turtles just get all over the place when they go sploosh. There are Tikali even in the Silent Imperium who believe the system of the Dominion is the problem and not the Chelonians in of themselves, though sadly the more 'racist' (speciesism I prefer) idea of the Chelonians simply being evil tends to be more common. It's hard to have empathy for a species you are told horror stories of from birth and aren't even supposed to talk to (not like there's many opportunities for that to begin with). Like the fact the dominion deals with rebellion by blowing up planets is really outlandish to the Tikali. Even after centuries of watching Dominion activity they still just don't get it and have like, hundreds of different theories for the behavior. Some of them more accurate than others.
