[/quote]The Federation frowns at even the mere idea of weapons. Granted, they use "non-weapons" to murder people if needed and pretty much they are gigantic hypocrites.
On the other hand we at least have laws of war and on the surface we try for peace. That's way better than 90% of the factions here.
