Kalinda was use to the different ways the boys acted. She gave them a smile, and tried to reassure them that nothing had happened. "Kyle needed to get out, so I took him through the shadows. We were in the cafeteria when the laughter started, and Kyle got us ontop of a building, and then the darkness came. A woman attacked us, and I...well I don't know how to explain it. I just threw emotions at her. Kyle brought me back. He's okay, Griffin" 

She seemed to automatically entwine her fingers with Kyles when he slipped his through hers, and didn't seem aware of it. 

She knew the story of Zack being kidnapped, leading to Griffin asserting control. Zack was easier to placate, Griffin took a bit of work. "Really, Griffin. He didn't kidnap me" well. Maybe not in the way Griffin meant. She squeezed Kyle's fingers, a slight warning. "I should have told you I was going with Kyke, I'm sorry, I didn't think"  she said,she was actually quite touched, that the boys would try to protect her so. "Kyle is a good person, Griffin. Im glad you worry for me, but Kyle doesn't need to worry you"
