Hearing Catlia ordering to her Flabebe to use a tackle, automatically she was almost asking Flame to dodge it, but the move happened too fast so she coulden say anything at all.

She stopped breathing for a moment when Flame get hitted by Flabebe's tackle, but relaxed when realised that even thought Flame was hurt, she was still standing . Thinking about the moves her Vulpix could do in her current level [color=ed145b]"...Flame use Tail whip[/color]" she called to the little fire pokemon.

Without any other words, the Vulpix run toward the Cathlia's Flabebe and use her tail to attach her. Thought it didn't see to be very effective against the fairy pokemon.
