@BrokenPromiseIn terms of death, dice rolls will work thusly:
+ A percentage chance of death is determined by the situation (cannot die eating breakfast, low chance of death in a safe scenario)
So for example, 1 in 20 if you're fighting a standard battle (5%), 1 in 5 if you're fighting an army, wounded and alone, 1 in 100 if you're hanging out in town.

However the system can also work in favour of the characters - you could just so happen to receive a mortal wound and then the dice roll you making a recovery.
Players won't be fighting against each other (as far as I planned for, anyway. If y'all want to fight to the death that's your buisness xD) they'll be mostly fighting against monsters and the environment. As I imagine it characters might have small battles or even stage battles for popularity, but I seriously doubt anyone plans on having an all out death battle royale.

If it helps, people will be able to assign priorities to traits (HP, Attack, Magic, Mental Defense, Fame, Money and Social ect. Still working on the system) so you'll be able to customise it alot.
