a) Please stop posting in the CS tab as [@vietmyke] indicating it is for Character Sheets [i]only[/i] when accepted.

b) You can join [i]if[/i] you fill in the details and me and [@Heat] approve it. That's how it works, you are free to apply but acceptance depends on the quality of the sheet, work put into it and whether or not it fits into the setting.
