It'd basically grant the character permission to know data that is in people's bio sections, if it is something that the Galactic Committee would know. Give the character a good conversation starter whilst trying to figure out people's psychological profiles to report back why the Marauder is as successful as it is, amongst other things.

E.g:
"So... Ashley. Why Pride? Why not Lust or Envy?"
