Having difficulty streamlining my character. Kind of have too many ideas at once.

-"Psychic" character
-Energy blasts
-Plasma/fire/lightning elemental
-Maybe telepathy?
-Energy constructs as telekinesis?
-Potentially a technology theme, make him a magitech specialist
-Fuzzy on origin, maybe magic cult of some kind on earth?
-Cult clashes with science/tech theme that "psychic" powers imply
-Maybe magitech research facility?
-Either way, magical background

I don't mean to include all of this, it's just kind of what's buzzing in my head at the moment.
