[h3]I am creating a new arc in CaH that a few people in the Discord chat, including [@nitemare shape] expressed interest in. This Arc is called the Colombian Junta arc, and the details are in the hider below! :D[/h3]

After many horrific events taking place in Colombia, namely due to the conflict against FARC and the drug cartels as well as the incident regarding War Pulse, a despot has risen to power through the means of his own abilities. His name is General Cesaro Zepeta, codenamed "Tyrannus", and he has the ability to sway the minds of weak-minded individuals with the voice of emperors, and to instill auras of fear into anyone who dare crosses him. As a result, his anti-Metahuman rhetoric and anti-Cartel rhetoric captured the hearts of the nation, and after some time, he was elected into office, and with the military in his hands, he was able to take the entire country to himself, and make himself the Supreme Commander of Colombia.

Things aren't looking good for the people who live here. Anyone who spoke out against the Supreme Commander was either arrested and put into work camps, or put in front of firing squads. Metahumans that weren't fighting for the Supreme Commander, or showed a slight hint of disobedience were hunted down and killed on the spot in a fashion of ethnic cleansing. Colombia was turned into a living hell, and the Supreme Commander was the devil running it all.

However, resistance still remains. Hidden in the mountains and the forests of Colombia, many refugees retreat to the safe arms of the democratic Colombian loyalist soldiers, as well as that of metahumans who work with them in hiding. Some of the resistance is led by Manuelo Castellanos, a MetaHuman with the strength of the Hulk (sorta), the durability of Wolverine (sorta). There is still hope for Colombia, though if left unchecked, the Supreme Commander could wage war on other nations, and bring more death and pain any who stand in his way. It is up to our heroes of CaH to help the resistance and stop him! 

This arc could have lots of potential as to what could happen. It's not entirely linear, as villains could easily support Tyrannus in eliminating dissent, and other groups (such as cartels and FARC) could play as adversaries as well. Not to mention that there are superpowered folks under Tyrannus' command. There's lots of potential here, and I would like you guys to join me! :D
