[@Bright_Ops]That's up to you to decide. If you make it 10 drains total for being a level one skill and just subtract 2 drain requirements each upgrade, then you have that plan. The amount of drains should be at minimum 4 drains when maxed because I think killing by using life drain every 2 drains would be extremely powerful and easy to abuse.
