[@Sophrus] Just want to make sure you understand how huge it is that Necro just murdered a police officer, and what's more made him a minion. Generally speaking, anybody that goes out of their way to kill someone is instantly considered a top priority target not just for hte PRT and Protectorate, but pretty much everybody. It's one of the major no-nos of the cape community, along with attacking a cape's family (if you learn their secret identity) or causing major collateral damage. At that point [i]everybody[/i] considers you a danger and hero and villain alike cooperate to fuck you up.

So if anybody who saw Necro do that spreads the word, he [i]will[/i] become a major target practically overnight. Just a fair warning.
