[@Slime] I did that primarily due to my own confusion. 

Some sources I found stated that legend = power, some said it didn't. I thought that due to Wolf the Quarrelsome being incredibly unknown, he'd have weaker stats than most, if that isn't the case, then yeah, i'll definitely change it.
