As Elyra looked at him, Razer saw what was behind her eyes.  She thought that Razer was more of a dumb, obtuse animal and she obviously wasn't comfortable with his offer.  

For a second he was annoyed but after a long sigh, as he stood up on his hindpaws he let out his irritation with his exhalation.  [i]It's not her fault.  How can I blame her? When she probably has never met one of us before.  And so seeing a 'beast-man' or so they may call us, act like a 'beast.' Means im a stupid beast.[/i]

Perhaps a bad move, but he was not going to let this idea take root in her head, that he was a primitive animal, that eats, sleeps and poops.  

"I'm Razer."  He extended his paw (he's standing upright so its like a handshake), with no claws out for her to shake.  

  "Can I have 10 minutes of yours to talk with you?  I feel like I have given you the wrong idea about us, Kil'garen."  

He asked her, his eyes calm and patient and as he waited for her reply.
