Do you have any idea how you want to work out the different games next to eachother? Edited because typo. Hard to type on my phone...
If I'm understanding the question correctly: -Players will be able to play in whatever platform they'd like, for fun, but there will be rankings in each platform for the serious players. For example; A person who mains FPS will have to keep up with there rank on said FPS, but can play a MMORPG for fun, with friends and whatnot. These players won't suffer penalties because it's not a platform they play often or are even ranked in. It wouldn't be fair to punish somebody who isn't playing in their respective field, for losing, right? Though I am thinking of a way for people to register in more than one platform to obtain rank in multiple games (Which would obviously be riskier, having more people able to challenge you) -Secondly, I'm thinking of having "Seasons" and "off-seasons". During each season, specific platforms will be compete in team or individual tournament, try to make it to championships, move up in rank, or flat out get kicked out of school should they fail to have a higher than a specific (undetermined as of yet) ranking. Needless to say, the heat is on and nobody maining said platform in season is safe. "Off-season" players will basically just be training for their upcoming season, recruiting, so on and so forth. Like sports Hope I was able to answer your question Edit: As I mentioned earlier in this thread, if people feel more comfortable with playing just one platform, then I'm down to hear you out and we'll decide on one:)
