When I say I've "coded it", I mean it's using a bunch of trigger words and code that are all essentially just gibberish unless the person looking at the notes were me. It's not just jumbled or in some random language that can be deciphered. For all intents and purposes, I can just look at a single word trigger that seemingly has nothing to do with an idea, and it reminds me of a lot of information. Without my subjective thought process, those notes are just scrambles of random words.
