If Ruben had known that before, he'd have made an effort to go so far as to crawl to the PRT headquarters to get a meeting with their director. He honestly didn't want that person to even come near the entrance of his home though, too many private documents and tapes and such. Ruben was excited then he realized he must've been rude at the start of this conversation, so he bowed back finally.
